Our coworker knows how much we love some good BBQ so he hounded us relentlessly to go try Fette Sau. He didn't have to twist our arms too hard of course and the next time we found ourselves hungry in Williamsburg, we made a bee line for the BBQ line.

It's a small place and popular, so don't arrive too hungry- you're going to need a little stamina for the line and the fight to find space at the communal tables. But once you acquire some of that sweet, dry-rubbed, smoked meat and your fixin's of choice all of that melts away and is replaced by pure food joy.

Fette Sau is now our new favorite BBQ joint in NYC!
